Bordeaux

Interesting city design and architecture. I was told that the Bordeaux architecture was influenced by the British.

Red and golden colors seem to be favored in China which represent wealth and authority.

"The Art of Travel"

is to get you out of your comfort zone to enrich your life. From top to bottom: traveling to Stockholm, Chicago, waiting at the Newark Airport, and Seoul.

The Sky and the Water

The sky and the water at different places. From top to bottom: Seattle, Southern France, Florida, San Juan Island (the U.S.), and Boston. "Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place.....according to Genesis.

Beijing Skyline

Just before the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008. The whole country of China looks under the construction for a decade.

Pudong Skyline

All kinds of experimental architectural buildings in Shanghai back in 2005. Each top of the buildings should have a different design by law. The nano-speed of changes in China makes you dizzy.

English Garden

Just a pastoral beauty rather than a formal style.

Figuier - can you smell it?

Came back home after spending the New Year's holidays in the East Coast. Chicago, without fail, welcomed me with the January Tundra temperature; 10 degrees! Good to be back home and what a reinvigorating feeling with the scent of the fig-tree candle from France.
