The Sky and the Water






The sky and the water at different places. From top to bottom: Seattle, Southern France, Florida, San Juan Island (the U.S.), and Boston. "Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place.....according to Genesis.

Figuier - can you smell it?


Came back home after spending the New Year's holidays in the East Coast. Chicago, without fail, welcomed me with the January Tundra temperature; 10 degrees! Good to be back home and what a reinvigorating feeling with the scent of the fig-tree candle from France.

Chateau de Linxe


A beautiful memory of my retreat in southern France.
Enjoyed simple food, a choir concert in the village church, a French movie playing at the old fashioned theater, a night market where I met Indios who made a bracelet with my name (no idea how they came that so far), a small adventure with stick driving to springs, and companionship of friends.
